You can easily tailor your generator to your specific needs from a smartphone, tablet, or computer. A Wi-Fi control panel also makes maintenance reminders simple and lets you know immediately if something needs repairing.
This is the Evo 2 / Evolution 2.0 control board. This only fits WiFi compatible generators. If your generator did not come equipped with WiFi from the factory, you need the Evo 1 / Evolution 1 controller, Generac 0J8371C. Trying to install this controller in place of an Evolution 1 controller will result in the controller not being able to function. If you are unsure about what controller is proper for your application, use our What Generac Part Do I need form and we will quickly respond.
These OEM replacement controllers do not include the Evolution decal. The decal covers the injection molding release point (looks like a flaw in the plastic, but this is how they are made). If you or your customer wish to cover this area, you can use a heat gun to remove the old "Evolution" decal and install it on the new controller, or you can purchase a new decal located here: Generac 0K0926 Evolution Decal

The only technicians I could find to talk to.
I called every Generac dealer within 30 miles of my home here in Pine Bush, and none of them would answer any questions about the issues with my Generator, and they just wanted to charge me $180-$250 to send someone out for a diagnostics. I found a post on Facebook referencing using Gen Magic, and I spoke with them twice on the phone. I believe this may be to only place you can call up and talk to people who actually know about this product, and they confirmed that the battery charger is inside this controller, and before they sold me the board, they had me perform some tests to ensure that it wasn't a bad fuse in the transfer switch. Not only did I save a bunch of money, but I learned quite a bit about how my generator works. I never leave reviews online, and I was so happy with the service here that I called them a third time asking how I could make a public note of my satisfaction and they told me to leave a product review, so here it is. Thank you for being a top notch company that actually understands what you are selling.
