This is the Evo 2 / Evolution 2.0 control board. This only fits WiFi compatible generators. If your generator did not come equipped with WiFi from the factory, you need the Evo 1 / Evolution 1 controller, Generac 0J8371C. Trying to install this controller in place of an Evolution 1 controller will result in the controller not being able to function. This is the proper replacement controller if your current controller is a 10000003293. The 10000003293 was discontinued in 2020. This 10000003275 controller is a plug and play replacement for the 3293 controller.
Disregard your current REV number, as well as the REV number in our photo. Every time there is a software change or a hardware change, the revision number will also change. As long as your generator uses the 10000003275 control board, you will receive the latest revision that Generac offers when you purchase from us.
These OEM replacement controllers do not include the Evolution decal. The decal covers the injection molding release point (looks like a flaw in the plastic, but this is how they are made). If you or your customer wish to cover this area, you can use a heat gun to remove the old "Evolution" decal and install it on the new controller, or you can purchase a new decal located here: Generac 0K0926 Evolution Decal

Now I see why Generac themselves told me to call this company.
Living in the rural part of Arizona can be tough when you need service on anything. My closest Generac dealer in Holbrook said they would charge $450 to make the 80 mile trip just to diagnose what is wrong on the generator, which unfortunately does not fit my budget. I called Generac in an attempt to get advice on how to figure out what is wrong with my generator, and besides telling me to check my battery, they told me to call Gen Magic for troubleshooting. After the first call, I was told that they needed some information that I did not have available. I did the tests they asked me to and called them back. They were 100% positive that even though my controller looked like it was operating properly, the transformer inside had failed which was causing all of my problems. I took the gamble and purchased, and it fixed my problem all for less than the cost of having a diagnosis done from my closest dealer. The customer service they offer is second to none, and while I hope I will not need any more parts for my generac, they will be my first call if I am in need. Thank you for providing support to those who lack a local dealer.

Generac generator control assembly
We had a lightning strike right in front of the house. It fried this board and the one in the auto switch gear box. This is the replacement. I'm now back on line and ordered another board as a back up. The board that I needed, sent out right away and at a fair price.
