No, and there's a good reason why. We were actually a supplier of genuine Generac parts on Amazon for over 10 years. The problem is how Amazon structures its listings: multiple sellers get grouped together under a single product listing, regardless of whether they're selling authentic OEM parts or not.

Over time, more and more counterfeit and gray market parts showed up mixed in under those same listings. Even though we were only ever selling genuine OEM parts, customers had no way to tell which seller they'd actually get on any given order, and the poor experiences from those other sellers reflected on listings we were part of. Rather than keep our name attached to that, we stopped selling on Amazon in 2023 and now sell exclusively direct to consumer.

Beat the timer, and your part ships that same day, because it's already sitting in our warehouses, not on a truck from a factory somewhere.

We know generator problems tend to show up at the worst possible time, so getting your part moving quickly is a real priority for us, not just a slogan.

A couple of quick notes on timing: if you order after Friday's cutoff, or anytime over the weekend, your order will ship out first thing Monday morning.

Yes. At checkout you can choose Next Day Air or 2-Day Air for an affordable rate. Since we only sell parts we physically have in stock, choosing expedited shipping means your part ships that same day and arrives fast. There's no factory lead time working against you.

Yes. Any order over $50 qualifies for free shipping. Once your cart totals more than $50, you'll see "Free UPS Ground Shipping" appear as an option right at checkout, alongside our Next Day Air and 2-Day Air choices if you need it faster.

We ship throughout the contiguous United States, with Next Day Air and 2-Day Air options available at checkout. We ship exclusively via UPS. We used to also offer USPS, but discontinued it due to too many lost packages, and we want your part to actually reach you.

We love our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but we're unfortunately not able to ship there right now. UPS rates to those areas are significantly higher than to the rest of the country, and it's not something we can offer at a reasonable price at this time.

We no longer ship directly to Canada or Mexico. This is tied to the same reason we no longer use USPS: we made the switch to shipping exclusively via UPS after too many lost packages, and that changed what's practical for international shipping.

The good news is we can still get your part to you if you have a US-based freight forwarder. Ship your order to your freight forwarder's US address, and they'll handle getting it across the border from there.

Returns & Warranty

Yes. As an authorized Generac dealer, every part we sell comes with a 30-day warranty covered directly by Generac. Because it's genuine OEM and purchased through an authorized dealer like us, you get the real manufacturer backing behind it, not a third-party guess.

Yes. You'll have your UPS tracking number the same day you place your order, as long as you order before our shipping cutoff time. If you order over the weekend, your tracking number will arrive Monday, once your order ships out.

No, this is normal and nothing to worry about. We send your tracking number out the same day your order ships, but UPS doesn't activate tracking until the package is physically scanned in at their distribution facility. That scan can take a few hours to happen after we hand the package off, so it's common for a brand new tracking number to show no updates yet.

Your order has shipped. Give it a little time and the tracking page will update once UPS scans it in. If it still shows no activity after a full business day, reach out to our support team and we'll look into it for you.

Great catch, and yes, it does look a little odd. Our number, 513-486-2442, spells out 513-48-MAGIC. Once upon a time that was simply too good a phone number to pass up, so we grabbed it, area code and all. Turns out 513 belongs to Ohio, and we're proudly based in Michigan. Worth it? We still think so.

We're here, and during normal times, we answer every call that comes in. But we only staff our phones with trained Generac technicians, not a general call center, so each call gets real, knowledgeable help. That's great for getting the right answer, but it also means each call can take up to 15 minutes or more when someone needs real troubleshooting help.

The tradeoff shows up during major power outages: ice storms, hurricanes, and widespread outages all cause a flood of calls at the exact same time, and we simply can't scale a team of trained technicians up and down overnight to match that.
