Battery Recharge Plug port assembly
The black lead (ground) on this part disconnected during installation. The "O-ring" end fits under the silver base and the lip is crimped (bent) to hold it. It was not installed in the base correctly. It should be soldered in, but it is just poorly crimped. I will never buy from his vendor again. A waste of money and time.
