Simplicity tractor back up and running.
I paid the Amazon tax and after my 3rd starter in 2 years of $60-$70 each, I finally coughed up the money for the real deal. Don't make the same mistake I made. I'm always trying to save a few dollars, and it always comes back to bite me. While the box looked like it was in a UPS war zone, the starter was undamaged. Purchased this on Friday before Memorial day, and it arrived on Tuesday here in Oil City PA.

I'm not sure how they are selling these for so much cheaper than other places but it is identical to my old starter on my SV840. I was expecting an amazon style starter that would only last a few times before it breaks, I am glad I took the risk and ordered, since it said this was a real kohler product.
