This controller PCB will allow you to seamlessly communicate and coordinate the generator’s various functions. The generator part offers detailed insight into the generator’s status, enabling proactive maintenance if something goes wrong. This is the proper replacement for all 12kW and 15kW 4000 series Air-Cooled Controller PCBs, including the popular 4456 12kW and 4390 15kW Gensets.

Great customer service.
I installed this control board and had a flashing light. I called them at 4pm PT not realizing they were on the East coast, and their phone message state to email them with questions since they were closed. They responded at 8pm Eastern explaining that all I had to do was set the exercise timer, which I did and the control board has been trouble free since December. Extremely good customer support, and over $140 less than my service dealer wanted for the same part, plus $150 to install. I saved almost $300.
